This project was new construction, and required demolishing the original ranch home on the lot. The new home was built to look more suitable with the nearby historic properties in the downtown Oxford area.

Features of this home include: quartzite countertops, white oak floors, and custom cabinets. There is also a lot of tile work in the bathrooms as well as the handmade decorative trim on the exterior to give the home the historic look.
