Josh Samuels
Josh Samuels is a local builder that grew up in the Oxford community and earned a Civil Engineering degree from Ole Miss in 2005. Since that time, Josh has worked in General Contracting gaining experience in Project Management and Preconstruction Development with two large firms in the Southeast. Josh started Samuels Construction in 2015.
Billy Samuels
Josh brought on his father, Billy Samuels, to help manage projects in 2015. Billy has experience in various areas of construction and management, having retired from the US Army Corps of Engineers after 35 years. Billy is involved with many aspects of construction, but focuses on tile work and supervising the crews.
Matt Samuels
Matt joined Samuels Construction in August 2017, following an extensive career serving the Oxford community in law enforcement. Matt graduated from Lafayette High School and went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree in Parks and Recreation from Ole Miss. Matt served on the University Police Department for 8 years earning the rank of lieutenant. He later joined the Oxford Police Department as a canine officer earning the rank of corporal. Matt brings knowledge and experience to help guide projects from start to finish. He assists in project development and construction.
