The transformation of this home's bathroom allowed it to realize additional space and functionality. The existing tub was replaced with a modern open shower featuring stainless steel fixtures. A frameless glass door encloses the shower which includes tile flooring and is lined with subway tiling.  Marble hexagon flooring was installed throughout the bathroom.  A custom built linen closet was added in the space home to the old shower. A granite countertop vanity and recessed lighting were installed.

Before

The old bathroom had minimal functionality with a lack of storage space and its small shower. Poor lighting made using the space difficult.  Renovation allowed a lack of storage space to be remedied and improved the design of the bathroom, allowing additional space to be utilized. New lighting installed in the renovation improved the overall quality of the bathroom.
